  Why? Just backup WinCE data before booting Linux, and restore after
that. I do this all the time. Of course, such "dual boot" takes some
time (5+ mins) ;-( . There was ideas on the list how to make it more
comfortable, and I even had some investigation/code towards cross-device
WinCE data backup app, but that now pushed to the end of my queue. So,
unless someone who really needs that will start on that, it will stay
this way.
