I would like to boot linux on my pda (hp2200) using this method:

But first I would like to ask a few questions:
-Is it possible to really dual boot my pda, that is without my ram being
erased (and all the installed software)?
-Is it also possible to create 2 partitions on my sd card, one fat partition
for my tomtom maps and another one for linux?
In fact what I would like to do is just dual booting my pda in such way that
I can boot into wince to run tomtom or boot into linux to use gpe. That
without the need to reinstall tomtom and such after booting into linux.
