Fix few regressions introduced by ynezz's patches

* vidGetVRAM(), videoBeginDraw(): Bother to fallback to GAPI to deal with
video buffer. ExtEscape-based method does not seem to work on pre-WM2003SE
devices (tested on h3900, h4000).
* vidGetVRAM(): Bother to convert virtual address to physical, as expected.
