The right question is, "does the SA-1110 support CardBus?" (No.)

The SA-1110 does support a 32-bit mode for the PCMCIA interface, but
according to the manual (Section 10.6.1), it "is intended for use as a
nonstandard expansion bus for communication with customer-designed logic."
