I still think that a large, virtual screen at, say, 640x480 would
offer an easy path to usable existing apps (and give antialiased
everything to boot, once it's filtered onto the 320x240 hardware).

I'll make an ARM vnc client that can do this Real Soon Now. I hate
when the real world limits hacking time. I'll also look at Keith's
new code---maybe it's easy to extend to this case.
