can i use the cluster

Hello,
Let me first explain my scenario. I have an iPAQ with familiar (kernel
2.4.18) installed on it. I have another pcmcia video camera by winnov?? .
What i immediately want to do is to loop back pictures captured from the
camera. The display routine is what i am worried about (although right now
even the camera isnt being detected). I already have a simple C++ class that
initializes a camera and can loopback the captured images. However this was
on a RH 7.2 with a 2.4.7-10 kernel with ov511 driver (version 2.10) and
using the v4l API. It also used gdk and gtk functions.

First of all the problem is what sort of packages/libraries would i need to
actually install on my iPAQ for ever having a hope of making the loopback
work. I have the following libs already installed on my iPAQ.

 libglade0
libglib 1.2
libgmp 1
libgtk 1.2
libjpeg62
libpng2
gdk-imlib 1

Secondly of the 3 options mentioned on your site only one is appealing (
cross compilation you discourge, cant use the cluster no camera over there!)
i.e. native compiling on my iPAQ. But how do i ever do that? Please guide
and tell me of any resources that i can utilize for this purpose.

Best Regards,
Affan Ahmed
