IRCLogs

I've started testing some updated irclog stuff.

So, if you want to checkout what's happening on IRC you can now read the logs
again.

To do so go to http://www.handhelds.org:8081/irclogs

Note this is a temporary location while I test and upgrade our zope
software/wiki.
