PocketPC & Linux question

Hello!

I am sorry for asking the question here, but I don't know any better
forum for this. I am currently using PocketPC on my iPAQ, and I want to
know, how to back up the Addressbook, Tasks and other databases, which
are stored on the memory. I have found the FTPSERV.EXE, so I can back up
the filesystem, but it is hardly enogh. (My desktop machine runs Linux
of course...)

If you can help me or if you know a better forum for this, please help!
