Hi
To get Linux booted you need without mounting rootfs from your desktop
you need to have MMC (256 or 512 mb size recommended).
If you use this method you will also need to have MMC card reader so
that you can partition, format and copy files to that card in your desktop.
Note: SD card does not yet work for mounting rootfs.
Another possibility is to just copy bootloader and kernel image to fat
partition of your card and mount rootfs from your desktop pc.
(In this method you need to keep your h6300 in the USB cradle whole
time) If you go in this way you can use SD card or MMC card.

(Sorry that my server has been down most of the time today as I am
updating my server to new harddrive (and install)
and still need to take care from all my servers to new installation.
(/imapd/postfix/cyrus data is my main concern as I have nicely forget
what I did last time)
Another good place to ask help is from freenode irc. (channel is h6300-port)
