wavecom multiplexer DONE - please test

Hi Guys,

the wavecom multiplexer is done, I did a few test (no GRPS sofar!). It
provides two unix sockets in /var/run/... see README for more details

Minicom still works :))

The wiki is updated...

please test and maybe tell other porting projects that there is a
multiplexer now ... htc blueangel port???
