wrinting a wavecom serial multiplexer

Hi All,

so I decided to write this multiplexer thing, it is really easy since
the protocol is actually documented. My idea is to provide two sockets
(af_unix/local) for the actuall applications (ppp and/or phonedialer) to
use.

Just to let everybody know so we wont have two of these :)
