h5400 patch - merge h5400_bl.c to h5400.c

I am forwarding the patch that probably never got to the list.
As stated - it was tested and works fine.
The next step should be merging the lcd control to h5400.c but when I
chatted with Paul in February he said to wait (propose) for more
general solution - not one device oriented. Also - I tried together
with Milan, to make lcd work form the h5400.c level but with no
success.
