You can find this informations on http://www.arosoft.de/pocketpc.htm

This page is a documentation of our experiences
with the HP iPAQ Pocket PC H5550.

We hope you feeling better with these hints, if you need Linux on the HP
iPAQ Pocket PC H5550. We use this Pocket PC as a platform for the Open
Management Architecture (OMA) and deploy complete installations or
software packages over the WLAN interface to other computers (e.g. IBM
A31p Thinkpad). We deploy also software packages from a OMA server (e.g.
IBM A31p Thinkpad) to the Linux system on our HP iPAQ Pocket PC H5550.

We must be independent from the internet, therefore we made all software
installations from a 256 MByte VFAT formated CF card.

We insert a 2 GByte EXT2 formated CF card, if we use the system as
mobile OMA deployment server.

If you not install the newest ipkg version, you will be unhappy for weeks.

At this moment we are happy with the CF card battery extansion pack,
kernel 2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30, Linux famliar 0.72 and opie 1.0.3. The
suspend work, the reset button has the resume function and the light is
good. We can be in suspend mode for 3 days or longer. We can not find
the real limit, because we use the systems very offen.
