Sorry, cut and paste error.
Wifi consumes of course 390-140=250 mA, which is a lot!
When Bluetooth is on, the power consumption slightly increases, but the
increase is marginal comparing to variation of the current caused by CPU
activities. I estimate is as 155-140=15mA. The precision of my
measurements is not very high, say +-5mA.
