Superman (bedboi) released a headphone support sound module a while ago for the hh36.11 kernel, though I see it's already in the mainstream hh.org kernels. Just wanted to mention that, as Superman deserves the recognition.

It seems you need a very new kernel. hh36.12 has patches to use the
headphone jack. Beyond that I have no idea what else to do to make it
work.
