You shouldn't need to install devfsd. Loading h5400_lcd and mq1100fb
should be sufficient to make /dev/fb/0 appear. If this isn't working,
it sounds like the code needs to be debugged some more.

Don't load pxafb; that will only confuse matters.

Yes, but not very recently. My .config is the same as the one in CVS.

The SHAMCOP modules will probably not work on h5400 at the moment, but
it might be useful to compare them against the SAMCOP equivalents to see
if anything needs to be changed.
