32M -- 48M of rom , i'm lost in space

Hi

Everithing is ok on my ipaq 5450 , wifi, battery.... i use unstable familiar
and unstable opie (i have just the problem of the 90deg joypad rotate)
i have a little question:

/dev/root 32512 28516 3996 88% /

but the ipaq have 48M of rom so i lost 16MO of HD

ls /dev/mtdblock/
gives:
0 1 2 3

1= root
2= seem to be the unused 16MO

what's the others?

can i use /dev/mtdblock/2 ? and how can i use or mount it?

I try fdisk but it's seem to not work because it saying there's nothing
on /dev/mtdblock/1

it's very important because 16M is 50% better of rom!!

ps: a little question is the ipaq extension (compaqflash+battery) is working?
(i have a lot of CF at home)
