There does seem to be a stability problem with the h5400 bluetooth.
 I don't really know what's wrong there, but my guess is that
there's some slight incompatibility between the National module and
the H4 implementation in the kernel.

Closing the serial port (by killing hciattach) and reopening again
should cycle power to the module and reset everything to a clean
state.
