First thing which came to my mind -- are you sending using ymodem
protocol? In minicom, it should be ctrl-a S, and then choose ymodem (and
then the correct file). Other wise it looks like there are too many
errors, which could indicate maybe damaged cable or cradle or ipaq
connector, but that's just a speculation.
