Familiar on H5550

I have buy a ipaq h5550. I download familiar 0.8.4.
I install the bootloader. All right. Now i try to install with serial port
Familiar (on h5550 is the only way). I use minicom(11850 8N1 no hard and
soft but i don't have find the option for handshaking) and i have this
output:

boot> load root
partition root is a jffs2 partition:
 expecting .jffs2 or wince_image.gz.
 After receiving file, will automatically uncompress .gz images
loading flash region root
using ymodem
ready for YMODEM transfer...
CCCC.....Too many errors during receive; giving up.
download error. aborting.

Everybody can help me? Thanks
