I am with Milan. Super flat battery that maybe cannot take a charge
anymore. I wore out a li-ion battery for my h5550 and it exhibited the
same behavior. I would contact ipaq-parts and see if they can sell you a
new battery. Or buy one off of ebay (be careful the chinese knockoffs
usually come w/out a battery monitor chip).
