So what type of image should I use ? I always thought that in that
kind of situations ext2 is used but command line says jffs2 - I am
confused....

Well - You are very welcome. I am interested how are the efforts going
under the wings of google - is it any helpful ?
Also, I miss all the news from kernel-discuss, where h5000 were
"generating" interesting news to follow (well, maybe not that
interesting, as all the news from Paul Sokolovsky, but still.... ). I
really hope that the list is going to show up again soon...

It is nice to hear that:)))

How about the USB host - does it work under 2.6 ? Last news I remember
was that it was lost somewhere on the kernel upgrades ..... I am still
thinking of soldering these wires to the motherboard, but I always
remind myself the size of soldering pads......

Nice combination : )

Funny thing - when I read "4.9" I first thought of some release
version numbering, and later I got that it is a date:) Well - good
luck - let it be the last one (well maybe not for entire life - exams
are a kind of cool - after being passed:P ).
Cheers
