  Well, in short - yes, you can. But read below.

  But the longer story follows. wifi adapter on h5550 is not very
supported - e.g. WPA support is missing (with WPA-enabled firmware it
doesn't work at all). There are also power management issues, so you
need to disable wifi manually when suspending PDA, although that can be
made using script.

  If these conditions aren't too much restrictive, you can probably use
linux on h5550. Also the quality of port will improve with time.
