Not quite. I've downloaded the toolchain found at
ftp://ftp.handhelds.org/projects/toolchain/arm-linux-gcc-3.4.1.tar.bz2
and while trying to use h5000_defconfig I get following error:
...
moee_at_dellboi ~/work/handhelds.org/linux-2.6.x-hh $ make
scripts/kconfig/conf -s arch/arm/Kconfig
CHK include/linux/version.h
SYMLINK include/asm-arm/arch -> include/asm-arm/arch-pxa
make[1]: `include/asm-arm/mach-types.h' is up to date.
CHK include/linux/utsrelease.h
CC arch/arm/kernel/asm-offsets.s
cc1: error: invalid option `abi=aapcs-linux'
make[1]: *** [arch/arm/kernel/asm-offsets.s] Error 1
make: *** [prepare0] Error 2
Is this a toolchain to use or should I roll myself one from the sources?

Great!
