Linux on (Dead) h5450

Hi,

I'm back with another story!! (more complicated)
My iPAQ h5450 don't boot, I have the first screen with the HP logo and after
nothing (poweroff).
I didn't do anything special with it. The last think was that i change the
params of USB charging, I selected "low charging" instead "fast charging",
i've got a message and after (poweroff) and impossible to get my Windows
back.

So, if someone now if it's just a little problem that i can fix it?? to get
the Windows or the bootloader back..
