Bricked Ipaq?

Hello,

I left my Ipaq h5550 for a few days suspended on battery, since then it
is dead. When I put it into the cradle (or only external charger) it
starts buzzing without end. I tried everything recommended on
http://www.handhelds.org/moin/moin.cgi/RecoverBrickedIpaq (except the
"if all else fails" section), no difference. When inserting the battery
and doing a reset with the stylus it does nothing, when I connect it to
the charger it starts buzzing, but no reaction to a reset or anything.
The buzzing remains when I disconnect it until I put out the battery
again. Any ideas?
