Congrats!

After this, I identified some ridiculous SD driver bugs that have since
been committed. Anyone who is trying this should make sure they have the
latest cvs.

BTW, I was able to replicate the crudy SD performance seen on 2.4 in the
middle of finding those bugs. After fixing the bugs the SD performance
on h5400 seems pegged at 500kBps (not much better). Don't expect mind
blowing performance in 2.6. I do not see any problem with card detect.
But I had a known working card in 2.4. If one has one of the known none
working cards, they could really help by trying booting off of there
card with the 2.6 kernel.

Also, Koen and I both noticed some strange framebuffer behavior. It
works, but not for long. So beware.

But SD booting is definitely progress.
