given my recent dead battery problems, I'm wondering: do people
routinely leave their iPAQs in the cradle, charging, when they're not
actually in use?
In my case that could easily be days, or even weeks. I login to it over
wlan for updates (both familiar and my data) and only actually use it as
a handheld if I go on a trip.
Is leaving it in the cradle, charging, for a long time likely to be
causing a problem? I do run "bl off" to turn off the backlight, but I
don't know of any way to turn off the LCD itself.
Given the fact that I don't even get 2 days of standby/suspend time on
battery, I would rather leave it charging...
all comments much appreciated.
cheers,
c.
