Help with Touchscreen

I hope someone may have a suggestion about my touchscreen
it doesn't work because the little SMD connectors retension clip has broken.
Yes this unit has been opened and tinkered with but I'm not sure how or when
this clip broke.

Does anyone have a good suggestion on how I get rig up a clip so get the
touch screen working again?

its the small clip above and to the right of the MediaQ IC.

Any ideas are really appreciated.
