I am experiencing a situation where ONLY the serial connector does not seem to work. "minicom" can not get a connection. I use the cradel. What do you mean "pulling up on the connector and pressing in firmly"? I need the serial connection and do not know what could be wrong.....
thanks
Maria Cruz

I've seen this kind of breakage on my work too, the h5xxx series are
very fragile and break down earlier than the h3870s we use too.
