resurrection of Luca's patch

Since the gmane archives don't have this patch and the topic has come up
recently I figured I would repost so that it can get some eyeballs on it
(hint: Jim Kaba). This is the patch that Luca (bedboi) submitted to
h5400-port. It enables the headphone insert interrupt in the alsa layer.
It does not currently work, Luca was (and I am) hoping that people take
a look and provide some review.

Note: this patch is for the alsa driver in the alsa cvs on hh. It is NOT
for the OSS driver (the one currently in familiar 0.8.x).
