[patch] remove use of ipaq patch from at76c503 driver

Joerg Albert has accepted the patch that familiar was using to get the
at76c503a berlios wlan driver to work with h5400 iPAQs. So applying the
patch isn't necessary anymore. This patch removes it's use from the .bb.
