Something is going on. Using a 3.3.1 version compiler and a recent
checkout of HEAD I was able to build the tree. And the error message
that you are showing is directly associated to the compiler. Since familiar
has left the 2.95.3 compiler version, I would suggest either using
crosstool or oe to get a 3.3.x version compiler and give this another
go.
