None that I know of. In theory I imagine it would be possible to
extract the firmware binary from the softpaq, but I've never seen an
Atmel flash upgrade utility for Linux. (Most of the Atmel-based USB
dongles have no flash onboard and load the firmware from the host at
every boot using the DFU mechanism.)
