[patch] making good on fsi driver

This patch adds a compiling version of the 2.4 h5400 fsi driver. It
should still work. But it is still untested.

Please review the patch. Note that I have a little bit of fun with
shamcop/samcop and I had to add a bunch of samcop macros to get
everything in.

*note* this patch applies on top of my buzzer patch. If you are having
trouble applying, make sure you apply that one first.
