The buzzer driver shouldn't need any code changes to work with 2.6. I
expect you can just copy the source file from the 2.4 tree.

I imagine the FSI driver will also work with only minimal changes. It'd
be nice to convert it to use the new soc-device based model for ASIC
drivers, but this isn't strictly required.
