I have seen a line like this before on my h5550. I removed it by
removing the batter for a long time (like 10 minutes). But I am not
sure if you have tried that.
Also, make darn sure the battery is in good condition and fully charged.
Battery on low charge can cause the strangest problems that make this
sort of diagnosis really hard. And a low battery is often the cause of
the 'always having to reset to boot' problem.
