Didn't know this. It probably is working fine. I was just being
explicit.

I forgot to mention that ifupdown should come before usbnet on suspend
and vice versa on resume. Which is why I am trying to make sure the
patch is right.

OK, reworked the patch. This patch replaces my previous patch.
