Looks good. The attached diff is augmentation of that package.

It adds:
1. A script to unload/load the atmel driver if it is loaded at the time
   suspend is happening and the device is a h5400.
2. The usbnet script.
3. Removes the ipaq-usbnet-support ipk from openembbed.
4. Puts all of the scripts in /etc/apm/scripts.d and links
   appropriately.
5. Changes the ipaq conf file to use the network script instead.

I figure this was a good way to go since all of the scripts related to
networking.

The h5400 script is added to save power in standby mode because the
radio will be explicitly turned off when the module is unloaded.

I appreciate feedback and will rework the patch as required.
