Has anyone a "fully" functional h5550 running Linux???

My critical problems are those 2:

1. The device turns off after a few minutes without AC.
(but thats no problem because:)
2. I cant turn off/on the display because it looks up.

Wireless is working.

So, i cant "use" the device for any purpose.

Does anyone of you use this PDA out in buziness/school or somewhere?
