Possibly. The installation can be tricky. The steps I followed were
repeatable and appeared to be reliable. If you vary too much from that
procedure the results become unpredictable. The most important part is make
sure you have a good AC power source, and that the communications don't get
interrupted. I've been able to load mine with Familiar, and back to Pocket
PC fairly regularly on my h5550.
