Hi,

I'm completely new to handhelds and I recently was given a h5450 by my boss.
I don't need this winCE env for my work so I started play with it. I'm unix-
addicted so I naturally fell on the handhelds website and familiar.

I spent hours in trying to make wlan work with the stable distro with no
luck. I finally installed the unstable16 bootstrap and now wifi works !
But I'm not sure that it did not work with the 0.7.2 stable version since I
played a lot with my AP config until I could get a ping.

BTW if this might help,
I have a Dlink-DWL900AP+ AP and h5450's wlan do not want to speak with it if
the option called "Basic Rates" is set to "1-2-5.5-11-22(Mbps)". It works if
it is set to "1-2(Mbps)" while the option "TX Rates" remains set to
"1-2-5.5-11-22(Mbps)".
When I have upgraded the distro and build a cross toolchain, I'll make more
net performances. This is amazing and I'm afraid I'll spend too much time
on it...

So I'm currently happy and upgrading with ipkg.

Thanks for all the help I could read in the mailing list archive.
