Re: Faulty battery?

For those out there who are considering to try it I've tried the
following image

on my h5555 and it doesn't work (the serial console complains there is
no valid shadow password and there is no welcome screen coming onto
the ipaq screen, only the X-window pointer which is blinking). Should
I have tried http://handhelds.org/~koen/familiar-0.8pre/gpe-image-ipaq-pxa-2.6-20041115163517.rootfs.ext2.gz?
I don't care really I know it's still in development and I don't want
to put pressure, I'm just being patient...

If you guys are looking for a working pre-0.8 on h5555 i suggest going
to phil's folder http://familiar.handhelds.org/~pb/oe/images/h3900/,
the september 24th image, has been working fine for me .
