lirc_sir configure

Help me configure lirc_sir, please!

my Ipaq H5455
Familiar 0.7.2
kernel 2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30
Opie 1.0.3

I read this: http://opie-bugs.oszine.de/oldwiki/index.php/OpieRemote ,
installed lirc-modules_2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30_ipaqsa.ipk
lirc and lirc-tools ipkgs

 Added this line to modules.conf:
alias char-major-61 lirc_sir

Added this line later,
options lirc_sir irq=4 io=0x3e

 then:
 mknod /dev/lirc c 61 0

 then:
 modprobe lirc_sir
 Using /lib/modules/2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30/kernel/drivers/char/lirc_sir.o
 insmod: invalid parameter io
 modprobe: failed to load module lirc_sir

Then erease io=0x3e in modules.conf

 # modprobe lirc_sir
 Using /lib/modules/2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh30/kernel/drivers/char/lirc_sir.o

After that, I typed mode2 and press keys on remote device, but no output whith
mode2.
