I've done it a few times. The Wikki has some links to some instructions on
doing this. I put together a set of files and instructions for restoring the
h5550 iPAQ to WinCE. There is a link to that documentation and the files in
the wikki.
That's probably the best place to start.

After reading the earlier messages with the subject "Broken iPAQ after
winCE restoration?" I became curious if anybody managed to restore
wince bootloader. Could those who managed to do it please reply giving the
exact model of the iPAQ and the versions of Bootblaster and wince.
