Ipaq vibrating continously, and won't turn on.

I dont know what happend, the last think I did was trying to configure
the wlan .
I left it for few hours. when I came back it already off. I assumed the
battery was flat then I put in a cradle for charging. Then it start
buzzing continously. remove battery few times, only then it stopped
vibrating.
Reset + Joy pad. display flashing and nothing happend. put it on the
craddle again >> then vibrating again (Continuously)
no access also using hyperteminal.

This is a serious problem, isn't it ?

Can anyone help ?
