work?
No, this is an unsolved problem.
What seems to happen is that transmitted data gets lost between the host
CPU and the Nat Semi bluetooth module. This causes the HCI link to lose
synchronisation, and the bluetooth system shuts down.
I spent a while poking at this, and so did one of the guys from RTX (who
wrote the firmware in the module), but we did not manage to find out
what was causing it to go wrong. On the face of it, it looks like a
flow control problem, but transmit flow control is indeed enabled on the
pxa255 bluetooth uart, and in any case the module should be able to
consume data fast enough to stop its buffer ever overflowing. So it's
rather baffling.
