I was wrong i get a timeout also...
did anyone ever solve this?
my situation:
I have a bnep connection setup between ipaq 5550 (Opie 1.0.3, kernel 2.4.19-rmk6-pxa1-hh36.11) and another handheld (kernel=2.4.26). i setup bnep:
handheld:
pand --listen --role NAP --master
ipaq:
pand --connect <mac add> --persist
All works well, until the bnep connection seems to stop after about 30 - 60 secs.
I get from logread:
Jan 14 19:57:28 krd35000jt syslog.err klogd: hci_cmd_task: hci0 command tx timeout
Jan 14 19:57:29 krd35000jt syslog.err klogd: hci_acl_tx_to: hci0 ACL tx timeout
Jan 14 19:57:29 krd35000jt syslog.err klogd: hci_acl_tx_to: hci0 killing stalled ACL connection <mac>
Jan 14 19:57:30 krd35000jt syslog.err klogd: hci_acl_tx_to: hci0 ACL tx timeout
Jan 14 19:57:30 krd35000jt syslog.err klogd: hci_acl_tx_to: hci0 killing stalled ACL connection <mac>
Jan 14 19:57:30 krd35000jt syslog.err klogd: hci_cmd_task: hci0 command tx timeout
On ipaq doing
/etc/init.d/bluetooth restart
/etc/init.d/hcid start
generally clears up the problem, i restart pand and all is ok for another 30-60 secs.
thanks
