connecting ipaq to xp

Hi all

First a big thanks to all who have been involved in making the
touchscreen works !
Great work guys.

i would ilke to ask if anyone has succeeded in setting the ipaq to work
with xp.
I tried using the bahia drivers, and while i succeeded to make it
somehow work under win2k, xp keeps sending me "USB device not
recognized" when inserting the ipaq in the craddle.

i succesfully made it work in linux (although not through usb but ppp),
and the usb interface shows up correctly on the ipaq when i connect it
to the craddle, but doesn't with xp.
Although it is said to be the simplest way, i haven't be able to make it
work and found no ressource on the net

does anyone has successfully connect to xp with usb? could that be a
limitation of the 54 series ?
