Battery charge problems

The archive's gone so I can't find the email.. I'm sure it was in one of
these lists.

Someone talked about having battery charge issues with an iPAQ, where the
battery went dead and then wouldn't seem to take a charge.

I can't remember what the resolution was. If someone still has that email,
could they forward it to me, or if they know the solution, could they do the
same.
